Sales terms & shipping

NukooWorld Studio offers open-edition illustration prints made on demand from original artworks. Products are prepared and shipped from France.

Products

Essential product details, formats, prices, finish and shipping information are shown on each product page. Visual previews are illustrative; slight variations in color, contrast, trimming or finish may exist between screen display and the final print.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euros. France prices include VAT. For European Union orders, VAT is calculated at checkout according to the delivery country. Outside the European Union, local taxes, customs fees or import charges may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Payments are securely processed by bank card via Stripe. Banking details are never processed or stored directly by the site.

Production

Prints are produced in France on premium semi-matte satin paper, 350 g/m². Printing, preparation and trimming are carried out by hand. Orders are usually prepared within 2 business days before dispatch.

Shipping

Orders are shipped by international letter mail to destinations served from France. Standard delivery is included for eligible destinations. Tracked shipping may be included depending on order amount and tracking availability in the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates: France and European Union, between 3 and 5 business days after dispatch; outside the European Union, timing varies by country and local postal services. A country-specific estimate can be requested before ordering at hello@nukooworld.com.

Withdrawal & returns

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Damaged products or delivery issue

If a product arrives damaged or a delivery issue occurs, contact hello@nukooworld.com with photos of the package and product. Depending on the situation, a replacement or refund may be offered.

Intellectual property

All artworks, illustrations, visuals and site contents remain protected by copyright. Any reproduction, use, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Applicable law

These sales terms are governed by French law.
